I remember when I used to stand outside with my twins as we waited for their school bus to arrive. It was their first year of school and we would sing songs together until we saw the bus coming around the corner. One of the songs I taught them went like this: "Be careful little eyes what you see. Be careful little eyes what you see. For the Father up above is looking down in love. Be careful little eyes what you see. " The second verse was for the ears "to be careful little ears what you hear" and the third verse was about the mouth and being careful what you speak. To me, that's more than a song for little children. Everywhere I go nowadays, I hear cursing (unless I'm at church.) And I know that pornography is being piped right into people's houses via the internet. We're destroying our homes from the inside out. That's one reason I believe so much in Christian books. We need to be careful what we see, hear and say...and read. "For the Father up above is looking down in love. Be careful little eyes what you see.
